We invite you to come sit out back of the church with us this Sunday at 10:00am
as Pastor Kenny brings the Word of the Lord to us.
Grab your lawn chairs and join us. If you feel safer hearing the service from your car,
speakers are set up for easy listening. If you prefer not to come out,
we are now LIVESTREAMING our service here on our web page at 10:00am.
Just click on the link below: Click for this Sunday's Livestream.
The video will also be there afterwards for viewing.
Let's keep drawing closer to the Lord in these seemingly uncertain times.
Everyone is welcome!
WE WILL BE MOVING OUR SERVICES INDOORS BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1ST.
See below for details.
We will be moving back into the Sanctuary
for 10:00 AM services
beginning Sunday, November 1.
Whether or not to attend the inside services will be left to the discretion of each member
and each decision will be respected. In an attempt to provide a safe and healthy worship
environment, some of the pews will be closed off to insure
social distancing and each attendee will be strongly encouraged to wear a mask
throughout the service for the safety and well being of all the others in attendance.
Masks will be made available to all attendees not bringing their own
and hand sanitizer will be stationed at every entrance.
There will be no nursery offered at this time but the
Fellowship Hall will be set up to Livestream the services for
anyone who would choose to watch from that location. In
addition to our services being available by Livestream, on our
website, and by CD and DVD, we will continue to post
speakers outside in the East parking lot for any members
or guests who prefer to sit in their cars and listen and worship from there.
Listen to Pastor Kenny's sermon here:
- We are located just across the street from Bojangles. If you are running late just grab yourself a biscuit and come on in.
One day a lawyer approached Jesus with a very significant question. He asked, "Teacher, what is the great commandment in the Law?" And Jesus answered him, "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind." Then Jesus added, "The second is like it, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'" Love God and love people was Jesus' answer to this all important question. At Loves Creek Baptist Church, this concept is alive in our mission and personifies the motivation of our hearts. Loving God and loving people is what we're all about. As "Christ Followers," our purpose is realized in "Pointing People to Jesus for the Glory of God." We do this by being a reaching church -- reaching up to God in worship, reaching in to minister to one another, and reaching out to change the world with the life saving good news of Jesus Christ. We invite you to join with us in worship, Bible study, fellowship, and prayer, as we love God and love people by sharing the love the Lord Jesus Christ has so graciously given to us. By His grace alone, Pastor Kenny
